Customers shop online at Helen’s Nursery’s website.
1. Exchange regulations
1.1 Content
a) Full price and discounted products can be exchanged for size/color or other products (if in stock), 1 for 1 exchange, 1 exchange per order. The total value of the items you want to exchange must be equal to or greater in value than the returned item. Helen's Nursery does not refund changes if the new product is of lower value than the purchased product.
b) Products that are gifts included in programs do not apply the return/exchange policy
c) Customers return goods through information sent to Helen's Nursery website
1.2 Return conditions
a) Exchange goods within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product
b) The customer records a video during the process of opening the goods and detects the error
b) The product is in its original condition upon receipt, with tags and labels intact
c) The product has not been washed or dirty, has not been damaged, does not have strange odors (perfume, body, ...), has not been used
d) Customers send payment transaction information when exchanging goods
2. Return regulations
a) Customers can return the product in case there is an error arising from the manufacturer and there is no need to exchange it for another product.
b) Manufacturer's errors include fading/discoloration, peeling printing, seam errors
c) Refund defective products via bank account
d) Helen's Nursery will bear 100% of the return shipping costs if the product is determined to be defective.
e) One or several products in the order cannot be delivered to the customer, refund for undeliverable products (applies to online purchases with prepaid payment)
f) Helen's Nursery verifies errors 1 - 3 days after receiving the product and provides feedback to customers on further processing time for each specific case.
2.2 Conditions for returning products.
Return the product within 10 days of receiving the product.
3. Refund policy
In the case of prepayment, customers will be refunded when the goods received are defective due to manufacturing and the customer does not need to change to another product.
Refund time is from 03 to 05 days from when Helen's Nursery verifies that the product has a manufacturing defect. Money is refunded to the customer's account.
